If there is a fault with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) we will offer a refund or exchange on unworn items returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Packaging must be returned and the items must be in the condition you received them in.
Returns requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line reading:
RETURN Order Number xxxx (insert your order number here).
Provide as many details as you can with regards to the return and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. The product and packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
The customer must arrange and pay for the postage to return the goods. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. All returns should be posted with a method that has tracking. It is also recommend that customers insure returned parcel in case of loss or damage in transit.

We will process your return within 7 days of receiving it and you will receive an automated email letting you know. We will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original postage. The more information we have, the faster we can process your return.
Check your spam folders and wait the full 7 working days before contacting us if you haven’t heard anything.
We are not responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us & will not process the return until we receive it.
We can only process returns if they come back to us within 14 days, in the condition they were sent out in. Please include your order information to enable us to expedite your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process your request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
